Welcome to ba992. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the rules and regulations governing the use of the ba992 platform, accessible at ba992.club. ba992 operates as an online betting and casino platform providing services to adult users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

This includes your full legal name, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address. ba992 may request additional identifying documentation at any time for the purposes of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ba992 support immediately. ba992 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

ba992 processes all account transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made via the supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ba992 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. ba992 accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to verification requirements. ba992 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ba992 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud or breach of these Terms is suspected.

ba992 offers bonuses and promotional offers to its users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL and IPL season. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

Bonuses credited to your account are not redeemable as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. ba992 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer from a user's account if ba992 believes the bonus was claimed in error, through abuse of the promotional system, or through activity that ba992 considers to be in bad faith. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in account termination.

All bets placed on ba992 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game type in question. For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football and kabaddi, bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant fixture as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport. ba992 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where errors in pricing, data feed malfunctions or exceptional events affect the integrity of the market.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live dealer results for live casino titles. ba992 does not interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the result of a game round, ba992 reserves the right to void that game round and refund all bets placed during it. Customer disputes regarding game results must be submitted to ba992 support within 30 days of the relevant game round.

ba992 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow users to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits on their accounts. These tools are accessible from the account settings area after login. ba992 also offers a voluntary self-exclusion programme that allows any account holder to request that their account be locked for a defined period — ranging from 30 days to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to ba992 support in writing and will be processed within 24 hours.

Users who believe their gambling is causing harm are encouraged to contact ba992 support directly or use the self-exclusion tool. ba992 will cooperate with requests from an account holder's authorised representative, including family members acting in good faith, where the account holder cannot be reached directly. The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba992 and constitute material breaches of these Terms. ba992 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account involved in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any associated balances where applicable:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using any form of software, bot, script, automated tool or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular human users.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing or any other dishonest or illegal activity in connection with ba992.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

ba992 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, ba992 will take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where required by applicable law, reporting to the relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba992 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss. ba992's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ba992 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ba992 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and circumstances beyond ba992's reasonable control — including internet service disruptions in Bangladesh — may result in temporary platform unavailability. ba992 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

ba992 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ba992 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required, ba992 may also notify users of significant changes via the email address or phone number registered to their account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to close your account and cease use of the platform.
